Exposure

Aperture focuses on how much light the camera lens will let open through a hole.

Shutter Speed focuses on how long the camera is exposed to light and can also effect brightness, and the motion of a photo(blury or paused in action).

Iso focuses on how much artifical light the camera will add onto a photograph while useful it can also lower the depth of your photograph.
